How many of you guys out there have a wife or girl friend who loves to garden?  I mean, tomatos, cucumber, lettus is a what these girls breath.  Well.  First off, does anyone do this as a hobby in the middle of winter?

This would be a excellent part time job for your lady, as it doesn't require our gov't for approval.  Read up on it.

You apartment, big city folks... well, you may be SOL.  But in the big city there's plenty of opportunity for some to work under the gov't radar screen and just be paid in cash for a time or so.

While there shouldn't be that big of a deal as dan said to get work here, you gave me some ideas... and I've been thinking about it anyway, since tomatoes (or is it tomatos? lol) sell for STINKING 299 a FRIGGIN POUND!

Got lots of space out back... and a reasonable idea.

... here in the US.

I don't understand your implication. There is no problem at all obtaining the necessary papers so that she can work legally - IMMEDIATELY upon entering the country (if on K-1).

Do you feel otherwise? I can point you to the appropriate paperwork and such that needs to be filed, if you like. The maximum delay I can imagine (to process and receive the necessary docs) is only a couple of weeks - or just about the time necessary to overcome jet lag (--smile--).

Let me know.

I thought there was a problem.  No doubt, must have gotten the wires crossed somewhere.
