I suggest you talk to Dan who is posting all over this page. The reason is that she can find any sap to marry so she can stay here. RWs find it easier to marry here than most women. The INS wants to control this, and so does Russia. What the two governments want is a garantee she will return. She not only has to get a VISA from the US embassy, but a passport stamp from the Russian government. Dan knows it better. But what I tell you is the truth. She is BSing you big time. Can you spell SCAM?
