For you long-winded guys using prepaid phone cards:
 
I just tried a PLDT USAP phone card today. If you call a PLDT landline telephone in the PI, you can talk all you want for 24 hrs. At $5, that’s equivalent to about .3 cents/minute. Seafood City sells them for $4.
　
There is no toll-free number. You have to use a local access number in California, New York, Dallas, New Jersey, Chicago, or Las Vegas. But if you have free long distance you can use any number.
　
They allow unlimited calls to one or two PLDT phones during the 24-hr period after the first call.
