I m in Riohacha right now....have been here this trip for 6 days so far. I like walking on the long wooden jetty on the beach, there are a couple of good restaurants roght across the street from the beach on First and the lady i am with is spectacular.

Its a much different atmosphere then baranquilla or Santa marta, smaller and laid back the Wayuus are on the beacxh selling their crafts and I hope I odnt have to learn Guajanique!!!!!!

I m in the Hotel Arenasm a small hotel of 16 rooms  a block form the beach, a very comfortable room and breakfast is included.

Have a good day everone

DL Sounds great. I stayed at the house of a ladyfriend when I was there. I need to get back up there one of these days and visit La Guajira.
