If so, then the funeral will not be far away. A matter of a few months. . . . Sorry to hear that.

It's just not fair.  The guy who fought the Russian invasion in Red Dawn and brought us the first philosopher/bouncer in Road House is dying while Lindsay Lohan and Brittney Spears look like they will live forever.  I'm sure many of us were angry at being dragged to the theater by our girlfriends and forced to sit through Ghost and Dirty Dancing, but time lessens the pain.  Seriously though, he always seemed like a good guy and from what I understand he did quite a bit of charity work as well.  It is a shame that one of the few decent people in Hollywood has to go through this.

5% survival for 5 years if caught late; 17-25% survival for 5 years if caught early.

Its my way- or the highway!!!!

That really sucks! Seems like a down to earth guy.

On the negative side as well, he really raised the bar for us guys in dancing. Now you not only don't want to look like a fool, but have to have a 26 inch waste and move your hips like Patrick!  >:(

My friend and mentor played a Russian Sergeant and paratrooper in Red Dawn. Unfortunately, his one line was cut out of most versions. He brought me a rubber prop AK-47 as a souvenir from the movie.

Its not only one of the worse its one of the most painful.  I had an employee who had it and I still wince when I hear of this.

I went to school with Patrick or rather my big brother did.  He lives in the Tombal area of Houston and his mother still lives near my mother.  I suspect my High School with honore him sometime soon.  He has a house next door to Chuck Norris that he stays in when hes here in Houston Area teaching his "Kick Drugs Out of America" Program.

Seems like the guys worth having around are always the first to go.

well they are saying it was discovered in early stages and that he is recieving chemo treatments, hopefully something positive will come out of this, however, pancreas cancer is if not the worst at least one of the worst types of cancer you can get, painful, spreads fast and usually ends up in death.
I hope he can pull out of this , i wish him all the best.
