i just pulled up online that the TSC is processing K1 cases with a receipt date of 8/27. that does not sound too good???

It could be worse, Papi. If she was your wife and you were trying to get a K-3, they are processing June 4, 2004 right now in Missouri. To them, 8/27 would look great!

Hey Papi:

    Papi, How's it going?  I'm Dolphin.  We met in Barranquilla in June.  I leave for the Dominican Republic tomorrow.  Hope all is well with you.  it may be a lot easier if one had an immigration lawyer to help with the paper work and follow ups.  I did all the paper work on my own when I was involved with a Filipina.  It took about one year from the date I send in the first petition to the time she arrived here.  I used the TSC.  However, it would probably have gone quicker if I had used a lawyer.
