Well guys I am officially a Cartagenero. After arriving 10 days ago I went to DAS and applied for my cedula. Despite the horror stories, I received my temporary cedula in four days as well as an offer from the agent to introduce me to her 33 yo sister. The next day I opened a bank account and received a debit card all in one day. Next trip is a drivers license. I have found a renault breeza, which is a renault 4 with the top cut off and the doors removed. Great for the beach. Costs about $1800.00 new paint job, roll bars and seats. Sorry to miss Pete. Timing can be everything. The skirt is visiting monday. again my  cellular number here is 57 315 774 8181. have a nice holiday. JIMC
