At the end of lasst week a lot of the people on the news servers were saying that their sources were claiming the K-3 would be active by the 1st of August. Many changes did occur too. The address for the I-129F changed slightly to its destination place in Chicago and all of the Embassys where reporting the restrictions were in place. But the word didn't come as speculated, I am not sure why. It really does look like everything is ready for release this time. Just do not know when they will actually do it?
