Multiple Spasms and Seizures followed.
I downloaded my forms directly from the Department of
State Website in New Hampshire. I was not aware
there were different OF-169's and OF-230's out there.
I knew they had different revision dates though.
Here is what I have OF-230 Part 1 (Rev 3-1998)
and OF 169 (CPC)4-98.
I sent both of these to Christine in Cebu and she
signed but did not date them and sent them back to me.
So now I have to wait for NVC to send some other version
to her? That could take weeks then days more for
the mail to get back to me. Then I have to send them to NVC?
This is crazy.
Today I received a sample copy of the DS-3032 from NVC
with a note that says she has to sign it.
She signed an older form DS-3032 that I sent her last month.
I will just paste the barcode as I've read people are doing.
We have designated ME in US to receive all forms from NVC.
Also I received form I-864 the version they sent me was
about a year or 2 older than the one I downloaded.
.....I feel another seizure coming on
