thesuite.com only used it one time. but worked great. looks like u can decide your self how much u want to spend. i started with $10. got 75 minutes. dont think their is a base charge. i talked 2 minutes, an it only charged me 2 minutes

is only $0.118 / min with no taxes or additional costs for cell phonees.  It costs $17.95 for 152 min.

Asiaairfasre for phone cards and it was a decent card of 142 minutes for $16.00 but it never lasted very long.  Then I tried Sea Card telespeed and found out the other card was deduction 25% for cell phone and 10% for taxes.  I was getting 75 min when I purchased 142.  The one below is $17.95 and you get and use 152 minutes.
