Hey what has come over you guys? Have you caught the Biave disease. Quit nit picking. The comments made have been harmless. As to medical treatment. They are very advanced. Valle Lilli just behind Carrefour is doing heart transplants and 30 Heart Caths a day. But they are short of money and will admit you for a ingrown toe nail. The doctors speak english and most did their residency in the states. Inbanaco is equal though an older facility. My Cardiologist did his residency at Jackson Memorial in Miami. It costs $35.00 for a workup and an EKG by a cardiologist.  The same would be $300.00 in the US. If you are poor you have to pay up front, although health insurance is cheap about $30.00 a month.  I had a stress test done with a Dr present for $65.00. JIM C
