FRom her point of view, she might be worried about leaving a hard to come by job and then after the 90 days, you guys don't end up Married?

I'm not sure it is time to throw in the towel. Only you know all the details and can make that decision.

Alternatives could be taking some more time so you can both be sure. Once you are more sure as well, getting Married in her country or within three weeks up here?

Obviously if three weeks is not enough time, then you aren't sure yet. It should be easy to see why she isn't sure either. Not wanting to gamble one's job on a not so sure thing, is not that strange.

I try never to make important decisions when I am angre or PO'ed.  I haven't called her since Friday when she made this comment about vacation.  Since I call her every night this will be interesting come tommorrow.  We shall see.

A fiancee visa is a one entry visa, that is to say she can only enter the United States one time.  If she leaves she won't be allowed back unless she gets another visa.

It sounds like your girlfriend would be more comfortable with a tourist visa. However they are more or less impossible to get.

A three week vacation is not what the INS has in mind when they issue fiancee visas.  A fiancee visa is issued to couples who's intentions are to marry during the ninety day period.  Your girlfriend doesn't appear to be ready to marry.

This is not necessarily a red flag, it may in fact be a good sign but it would really depend on all the circumstances -- of  which we are not privy to.

After 11 months and two visits this is what it has come down too.

I believe there is something more to this.  Once she got the visa paperwork things seem to change.  No she says she can only take 3 week vactions.  She knows this is not a vacation period.  Now it seem to be more of an inconvenience.  I think she needs to save her vaction go to the beach. Know what I mean!
