And "GOOD GUYS" do finish first...LOL..

It would take longer than I have at the moment to describe how wonderful the "Right Ones" are. Suffice it to say....I Hit the Jackpot....and couldn't be happier with the way I went about this process(by doing my Homework first) and the choices I made.
