I have a question.. is it okay to send the I-129F petition
to the BCIS center while I'm in the Philippines? I need to
have her fill out the G325a form again and I'm planning on
going back anyways, so I'd rather just send it from there
so that I can stay there a while with my fiance. I'm thinking
of traveling for about a month within the next week or so,
and I'd rather have that in the process while I'm there.

You people probably think I'm crazy, that I'm going back
already.. but my heart is there. I need to talk face-to-face
with my honey about some things, and get the papers filled out.

I've never stayed over the 21 day visa limit. I notice that I
can get a visa from the Consulate in Chicago, or I can get one
at the Immigration office in Manila.. well, can I enter the
country with a ticket that is for more than 21 days, and still
get the 21 day visa.. then get the extended visa later on?

Also, if I apply to the consulate in Chicago, how long does
it take to issue it? Are they like the BCIS? Sad Will they
issue one for me if I just show up at the Consulate? Do I need
to have my ticket already before applying for the extended
visa? Sorry for all of the questions.. but I do really
appreciate the help of everyone here through-out my adventure.

Thanks,

JJ
