...we got a lot of oil out of Vietnam didn't we! Those French bastards screwed us there too and what political party got us deeply involved in a war..."Hee Haw!"

"Finishing what his father did not? Yes"

Very true since Clinton didn't get the job done! What was 'Desert Fox' anyway...where Clinton chased scantily clad women around the desert? It's also important to remember who didn't allow George H.W. Bush to finish the job the first time when he and General Schwarzkopf were more than willing to...The UN and certain members, like the French...

You're right. I'm sure George Bush Senior would have
crushed Saddam back then if he could have.
As for the oil we should take some to pay for the war effort.

As for Clinton:

"Bush announced he's pulled out of the 1978 Anti-Ballistic Missile Treaty. ... I think this is the biggest thing a president has pulled out of since Monica" —David Letterman

"Last night in Canada, Bill Clinton told a Jewish group that if Iraq attacks the Middle East, he would personally pick-up a rifle and fight for Israel. The only place he won't fight, is if it's anywhere near Southeast Asia. ... Would you want Clinton fighting with you? We already know his aim is terrible."  —Jay Leno

"It's tax time and former President Clinton is reporting he made over $2 million last year, and that's not including what he got under the table." —Craig Kilborn

"Here is the basic difference between the Bush family and the Clinton family. When Bill Clinton said it was time for a cold one, he meant Hillary."  —Jay Leno

Ok and one for Bush although Clinton is easier to make fun of.

TOP 10 GEORGE BUSH SLOGANS

1) I'll turn capital punishment into a new game show!
2) I promise to get cocaine off our streets: 1 kilo at a time.
3) I'll finish what Bill started -- the interns.
4) Like father, like son. You liked my dad, right?
5) Vote for the GOP, Not OPP.
6) I promise no sex scandal: just look at me.
7) New penal plan: I won't use mine!
Cool Read my lips: Al Gore Sucks.
9) George W. Bush: No hang-ups. Just hangovers
10) Vote for Bush and against Common Sense.

And one for the rest of the board.

Hi Dingo,

ROFLMAO!!! I once told my neighbor she looked like a thin Monica Lewinsky. She replied "Thanks a lot!" and angrily stomped back into her house. So much for my attempt at a great pick-up line! Shocked))) Unlike Bill, the Kennedys had great taste in women! If I had mentioned any one of their ladies I probably would have been in like Flynn!

Wouldn't it be nice if we could use some of the Iraqi oil profits to help pay for the war. Shocked) I sure hope we use their profits to help the Iraqi people and rebuild the country.

The republican representive from our area did in fact help us with our visa!  As far as the economy, it was due for a down turn, it runs in cycles.  Clinton was a joke,,,a dirty Monica joke...He brought much shame to our country. I really think if we didn't play out this hand of fighting terrorists, they would continue to attack us, both here in the USA and abroad.  If we want freedom for future americans, we have to fight for it.  Proud of our president and very proud of the soldiers...USA all the way!  I would also back a democratic president if they thought we needed to fight.

Folks:

Pardon me for breaking the thread, but Tess & I are here in CDO at an internet station and there is no "POST NEW THREAD" button.  The only way I can post a message is by responding to another thread.  I appologize for the rudeness to Febtember.

So.....Don2222....are you still in Cebu?  Tess and I will be headed there on monday and would like to have a meal with you if you are interested.  Post here or contact me at sdbrittain@nospam.com.

And Fellas....what hotel should we stay at?  I've heard of Eddies.  Give me some ideas.  I want hot/cold water, Air conditioning, and clean.  Please give phone number and address if possible.

Thanks for the help.

Stephen....I can personally give a hearty endorsement to the Cebu Marriott . It's located right next to the Ayalla Mall too . They are running a promo now for P2800 including the breakfast buffet which will keep you going all day . Deluxe service and cushy room here . If it's in your budget to stay here you'll thank me later . Here's a link for the promo .

Feb:
You should talk to her about her "never been married" requirement. As Hum says, good luck! No offense, Peter, but guys much older than 36 who've never been married usually have never been so for a good reason. Plenty of nice, devoted guys have their wives walk out on them in search of adventure, or end up as widowers, and would make great husbands. If it's because of her faith, OK, (as you described about yourself a few months back) but if it's because she thinks she'd be settling for a loser, you might want to fill her in on how some American women dump their husbands when they get the itch.

Jeff,

I think she means that the lady wants to be married in the church.

How about a nice, old, single Protestant Feb? LOL!

Hi Ray,

I have a 46 year-old Catholic friend who has never been married, but has lived with several women. He recently moved back into his mother's house and now has more money to spend on strippers and women he meets in bars...his favorite past-time. I think he would make a good husband candidate for a devout Filipina. PIMMFGDP!!!
