? How soon after interview will K1 visa come

At long last my fiancee will have her interview on December 8.

We are trying to make travel plans for her to come to NY.  

What experience has members of the forum had with how long it will take to receive K1 visa after the interview?

Have things changed?  I've done this twice and both times the visa was given the same day as the interview.  The first was in Moscow in 1998 and the second time was at the warsaw embassy in 2003. (Keiv not doing fiancee visa's at that time)

Five days after the Moscow interview she had her visa in hand.  They delivered it to her flat in Tver, Russia.  Her interview was in the first week of August.
