Ubstekain

Have any of you gentleman every been to Ubstekain?  if so what airline did you use and what hotels did you stay in?  i am considering goint to the city of Tashkent/  What is the flying time from the U.S. and do you have to get a visa, and if a visa is needed, what it the process to get one.
