Does anyone know if there is an Internet cafe in Izmail?  I'm headed there Christmas Day and would like to find Web access for eMail if at all possible.

Good luck on that one. When I was there, there were very few regular cafe's to be found (let alone internet cafe's)and I doubt it has changed much in the last 4 years. Your best bet would be to hook-up with a teacher or interpreter who could help on this matter.
