So Gang.  Does Mexico require a vias to allow a
Russian lady into their country.  If so how long does it take to get her a visa?

I don't know if a Russian woman would require a visa to enter Mexico, but if she doesn't have her unconditional residency yet, she might have a lot of trouble getting back into the US.  My Colombian wife had to get a re-entry visa to leave the country before she got her green card.

We went to Cancun last year and she didn't need a visa, but she did need to get a visa waiver from the Mexican consulate, though I think it was the airline that was forcing it rather than the Mexican authorities.  The consulate told her she didn't need it, but they gave it to her anyway when my wife told them that the airline wouldn't let her fly without it.

ashore. If she can, then she can claim "refugee status" and it'll take at least a year or two to 'process' her.

All joking aside, it's as difficult (if not more so) for a RW to gain an entry visa into Canada.

Interesting question, I asked about that once to someone & they did not know. You see I live 8 miles from Mexico. So I was thinking of bringing here (Mexico) renting her an apt & we would be able to get together till we had to go to Warsaw for the interview. I'd be curious to know the same thing. VERY curious. By the way I live in McAllen, TExas.
