I have not been visiting this board for a while, but noticing earlier comments about not many people making it past the 3-year mark, I wanted to share my good fortune.

Yesterday, my wife, Natasha, and I celebrated our 3-year anniversary with the birth of our son, Christian, a healthy and beautiful boy.

Sometimes this search seems fraught with dangers and dssapointments, but when it works, it is magical.....

Thanks for all of the good wishes both on and off this board.

In answer to whether my son will become bilingual--absolutely...and probably quicker than his dad (curse those noun declensions!!)

Good for you Tim! Another success story (cow claire hates to see these).

Tim, there are several three year marriage anniversaries on the horizion and several have recently passed. The times they are a changing!
