vaccination question

Can my mahal go to a local doctor to get all her required vaccinations before she has to go for her medical checkup at St Lukes?  I do not like the idea where she goes for the checkup, and gets a whole bunch of injections at one time.  I would think it better to go get one or two at a time, with a period in between the next vaccinations.  Is something like this acceptable, and able to satisfy the immunization requirements for the US?  Thanks.
