Hi Everyone,

It's a little slow around here so I thought you might want to see some photos.  I went to Tver in May and got engaged with Alla.  Here are some photos I took...

Thanks!  I actually took 14 rolls of film but I've been so lazy about scanning more in because the scanner is sooo slow.  I got the nickname Japanese Tourist while I was there.  In Moscow we would pass groups of Oriental people and I would get "Hey John!  There are your friends!!"

John, thanks for sharing.  I put some pictures on Yahoo, but the indication was I could not let others look at them without paying some money.  Is that what you did: pay some money?  How much does it cost?

Hey JR,

No, I don't pay anything.  You have to pay in order for people to see the photo "full size".  Those photos are scanned in and are somewhat larger than you see them there.

I've been using http://photos.yahoo.com for a couple of years now, never been asked to pay to post pictures in there. Do have a limit on the amount of storage bandwidth and I have to pay to get more, however.

Tip: if you use photos.yahoo.com I've noticed that default setting is to make the photo's "private".  I usually have my set to "public".

and was unsuccessful.  So it wasn't easy at least for me.  I know I am short a few cards in my deck, but not that many.

It was easy, once you downloaded the special software.

Do you have a hotmail account? I don't know if that makes a difference, but I do, and it was a piece of cake.
