Mark, I went to a little camera store at in the north east corner of Josey and Beltline. About 200 yards on Beltline on the south side, next to Radio Shack.

I need some pix too. I'm trying to place the Radio Shack store you mentioned. South East corner, maybe? Was it the shopping center with Sears Surplus store, Pancho's buffet and Auto Zone (on the NE corner) or the one with the Sack & Save grocery and a drive thru bank and York TV repair (SE corner)? Or is it on Beltline NOT in either of those shopping centers? Remember the name of it?

Michael the Radio Shack is new at this location. It is now facing Beltline. Last year it was in the same shopping center facing Josey. The store moved about 200 feet.

It is the shopping center across the street from the Panchos buffet, in the same shopping center as the Sack and Save, Bank of America and York TV, but it is facing Beltline, on the southside of Beltline about 200 yards east of Josey.

I just stopped inat the Eckerts near me, and they said that they do them, although the Saturday staff recommended that I come back on Monday and let the manager handle it...

First off, not all Kinko's even do Passport Photos.

And the ADIT photo is not the same thing. Besides the specific "pose" they also have requirements for a certain thickness of paper.

I looked on their website, and can't find anything about ADIT photos...

What makes you say Kinkos? Do you know anyone who has used Kinkos for theirs?

I'd hate to ship off my ap and find it rejected because the photo didn't meet specs...

Well, I'll check them out tomorrow... that woudl certainly be convenient...

If not, then I guess I'll try one of the other places mentioned...

Sounds like it is no big deal, eh?

I was thinking it was a special kind of thing or something...

Mark, it's in the I-129F instructions:

Give INS one color photo of you and one of your fiancé(e),
taken within 30 days of the date of this petition. These
photos must have a white background. They must be
glossy, un-retouched and not mounted. The dimension of
the facial image should be about one inch from your chin
to the top of your hair in 3/4 frontal view, showing the
right side of your face with your right ear visible. Using
pencil or felt pen, lightly print name (and Alien
Registration Number, if known) on the back of each
photograph.
------------------------

imo, same as a color passport picture, but with the head turned to the left with the right ear visibile.

Anyone who does passport photos also does green card photos. I worked in a photography studio for a while and they had a book there with specs for passport pho0to, green card photo, and visa photos for just about any country you could imagine.
