Be considered Russia Chocolate ?

Well, I was in a store called Dollar General and up by the front counters they have chocolate bars which look to be about 12" long x 3.5 inches wide called "Fine European Chocolate" (all proceeds go to Easter Seals)

Tasted kinda bland.  But only costed a $1.00

Get yourself a big ole'ribbon and place over the price tag
and your lady will think you went to the ends of the earth to get her chocolate from Eastern Europe.

Bulgarian chocolate is Bulgarian. Bulgarians are Slavic "cousins" to Ukrainians and Russians. They have their own culture, cuisine, and history.

Yes Bill I think it might. I would go a bit smaller, more expensive with better taste.
