Both of them are on Ukrainian servers.

Both of them have pictures and names:

Jack's site: http://www.firstdream.com
Jack has a strict criteria for posting scammers. He does not include a lot of details but his information is quite accurate.

The other site:
www(dot*)womenrussia(dot*)com/blacklist.htm

has a lot looser reporting criteria. It does contain many details and scammer letters as well. The scammer reports are made by the alleged victims and some of them may not be reliable but for the most part are true.

You can get good insight into scammers and scams from studying the sites.
