Need Au Pare advice for Ukraine girl to USA!

Does anyone out there know how difficult it would be for a Ukrainian gal to come to USA as an AuPar{nanny} for small children. I have two families that will need a nanny in the USA. She speaks excellent English.
What kind of INS hoops etc will she need to jump through to be allowed to leave? All of you with links or personal knowledge

Dear Fishtiger,

From what I know AU-Pair deals only with European states, at least for Ukrainians. Just heard it in a TV show about terrible illegal people slavery and so on.
