Divorce Decree

Make certain that your fiancee sends you her fiancee divorce decree notarized and in English or INS will no accept it.  I found out the hard way

Yes, a copy of your divorce decree is also required.  You must also have proof that you have seen your fiancee within the last 90 days such as airline tickets, photos etc.

You do *not* have to prove you've seen her in the last 90 days, only within the last two years. The divorce decree does *not* have to be notarized, only certified translation.

Sorry everyone, I apologize for the wrong info. You are right. You only need to have copies of evidence that you and your fiancee have personally met within the last two years(ref. Form I-129F , 5. C.)  I was thinking of 5. D. Sorry guys.

i have made the same type of mistakes stan, don't worry about it.

He is now married to a lady from the FSU. The mere thought of it curdles the blood of the whiners over at RWNA.

You see, they want the US Government to protect them from themselves.

They want legislation passed that allows them to be complete dimwits, make foolhardy decisions, and still suffer no consequences.

They want all the world to wallow in their self-pity right along with them.

They want - no *insist* - on others - anyone - to offer up insurances for their individual success - and protection from their obvious stupidity.

Any anyone - by d@mn - that fails to see the imminent logic in their whiny claims - OR WORSE - has the gumption and independence to be acountable for their own actions and actually MARRY one of these strumpets - well, they are the worst kind of traitor.

So you see - Stan has simply graduated by marrying someone from the FSU. Better be careful!! It could hapen to you!!

After reading through a bit of the whining (and learning about their many conspiracy theories - both those conspiracies launched against them - and those they planned to launch against other message boards), I unsubscribed and have had zero interest in re-subscribing, so I really have no idea if it is the same "Stan" or another one.

It *has* been good for a laugh now and again when someone sends me something from that board - or following the debate when the NA whiners decided to merge with the TT whiners (do I have the acronyms right?? --smile--). I've rarely seen such incredible game-playing and childishness.

Ah well - it takes all kinds (or so they say).

...If it is our Stan (this guy seems to have a different writing stlye), I can maybe understand why they're giving him grief. Put yourself in their mindset:

They all have had bad experiences with R/W and our Stan proposed to his R/W after knowing her but a few days.
Seems this would wind 'em up more than usual.....
