How long is the average wait to recieve an appointment once you have sent back package # 1 to Embassy in Bogota?  Anyone done this lately (I-129 F)?

It counts on when they recieve the 129 package. If they recieve before the
20th of the month then it will be a month wait. So if they would recieve for
example Jan 15 you would get a appointment in the month of Feb some time.  
Bogota is pretty good at taking care of business.
