g 325 forms

I have the 4 copy version of the g 325 forms, do I have her fill out 2 copies and I fill out the other two exactly the same information for my and her infomation?

The G-325A is a 4-part form. You both have to complete your own 4-part form set. If you use the fillable version on-line, you just fill in one page and the rest are automatically duplicated for you before you print them out.

If you wish to fill it out by hand, just complete one page (any page), make photocopies of the original, and then sign and date them. Make sure that ALL signatures and dates are original on ALL 4 pages.

Reminder: keep backup copies of EVERYTHING before you send it in. Also, make sure you have the 5/31/05 edition of the G-325A!

You fill all 4 forms excatly the same. One set of 4 for you, one set of 4 for you
