Okay I've sent in the packet 3 forms last week. When the NVC
approves it, would there be a notice sent out to me stating so or
do I just find out it's approved by calling up NVC?

For me it was BOTH,
First I called the NVC and found out through the "live" operator. (hint call Early in the morning)
Then I got the notice in the mail.
Glad your process is progressing.

Yeah I just talked to them. The lady told me that they
have the I-864 in their system but they haven't received
the packet 3 forms yet. I suppose it's still in St. Louis.
And she told me once they have the packet 3 forms the
processing time will be 6-8 weeks. Can't wait for this
whole process to be over. Getting envious that other
guys are finally done:)
