joanne's visa

well it seems that the manila embassy is still the manila embassy! i talked with joanne this morning, 4:00 am but i cant sleep! she finished st lukes, and they told her she has an apointment at the embassy for monday morning. since her and jay's flight is on sunday, i guess she wont make it. then they tell her her nbi is dated aug the 18th 2000 and she needs to go get a new one! how stupid are those people. my congressman's suggestion to the consul general was do the intewrview on the 18th and let them come, but manila says they have procedures to follow!!
please pray for us, joanne is just about at the breaking point, and i passed it last week, and folks it ain't pretty on the other side of the breaking point!
