Cartagena is gone.  I tried to save a few of the civil posts that had something worth saying.  Sam Club, you almost went as well.  I saw no reason whatsoever for valuedcustomer to be insulted and if I see you attacking anyone again, you'll be gone.

Bann me if you like!  I spoke my peace!  You seem to play favorites anyway!  I have seen a lot worse from other posters, but you threaten me!  So be it!  I have always had my pre-reservations about you anyway.  It appears that you frown upon "frontness."  I consider myself an expert on Cartagena!  The culture, customs and history!  I responded to the above post from valuecustomer because it lacked soundness.  But you blassed me for that. Did I call him names (as he did me?)  Please answer me before you delete this post!

I have no problem with you managing this forum!  But manage it fair!  Don't play favorites!  This forum can potentially help those in need of information.  I along with many others have information to share.  But when a person make generalizations como valuecustomer about Cartagena, I feel the need to respond!

If you like, I would fax you a copy of my passport showing the amount of time I spent in Colombia, mainly Cartagena.  Thus proving that I am not a novis poster when it comes to Cartagena or other coastal cities in Colombia!

Your expertise on Cartagena was not in question, it was your treatment of someone posting something he believed to be correct.  A simple "that's not right, it's actually like this..." would have sufficed.  Just like your response to Houndog's post about which floor the pool is on.

I don't have a problem with disagreements.  In fact, it makes for a healthier discussion.  It's just the personal attacks that I don't want here.  It lends nothing to the discussion and creates an atmosphere in which people don't want to post out of fear of being attacked.
