why don't you place watermarks on all photos. Maybe you would like to use invisible watermarks to catch all the people who try to clip the photos.

With the watermarks, as someone else places one of the PL photos on another site, you will be notified, and the transactions and network identification of the culprit will be recorded.

The reason why I suggest invisible watermarks is because  
the sneaks, which could possibly be posters on this board, will try anything if they think they can get away with it. They'll never tell the truth about it, so you'll have to set sort of a trap for them.

Another thing, maybe it is best to require all posters to register from the very beginning. No more anonymous posts.

I would be in favor of the all users must register policy, and also I think it would help reduce the churn rate to do the following:

All, new IDs cannot post for the first week.  If you are new, this would allow you to get up to speed on things, give you time to read the archives, etc.  If you were coming back to continue harassing people, this would reduce it instantaneuos appearance of "new" users right after someone is banned.  It would reduce the churn rate and give everyone a week off.

Delete all IDs that have been inactive (not posted) for the last month.  If you aren't posting, no need for an ID to read.  This would stop the resurrection of old IDs that seem to stir the pot, then vanish for a few months.  Also, it might help with the "reappearance" right after someone is banned, to continue the disruption.

Just some thoughts on how to make it more difficult to disrupt, but not get in the way of people that are sincere in wanting to participate.

If there was a way to "vote" on threads or sub-threads that you did not want to be archived, this would be a nice tool.  It might make it easier for you to identify some of the noise posts.

Yeah, it seems like the rate of meltdown for these "characters" is pretty quick, but I'm sorry that someone turned this into a personal assault against you.  I know this is one reason I am so careful about what personal information I share.

If you are like me in this respect, I find an attack on someone I care about much more upsetting than one directed at myself.  I'm sure many other men and women feel the same way.
