Bad Rap on CaliList

I was the recent victim of an extremely dirty smear tactic. A complaint buy a man claiming to be an ex-client of ours was posted there and they conveniently unsubscribed me from the list at the same time. Coincidence? Since I hardly ever posted there I don't think so. Every single thing this clown said is a lie, starting with his being a client. He claims he got sick from food out of our filthy kitchen, anyone who has been in our house, including a few other agency owners, will attest that it is very, very clean. And while I'm sure that someone will get sick during their stay here someday, it hasn't happened yet and it certainly won't be from the food they eat here. The most laughable part of this idiots post was that he was an African American and I made many, many off color jokes offending him very much. If this moron had done even a little research, he might have learned that my lovely wife; sweet,sweet stepdaughter, and our bodyguard with whom I trust my life are all various shades of Black. This is the kind of crap they throw at you when you are beating them. We are new, we are gaining a great reputation, and someone finds it necessary to resort to this kind of garbage to try and hurt our business. Well it won't work, because we treat every client like an honored guest in our house, which he is, and because every single client who leaves here is another testamonial..... they can't all be schills. By the way, if you are reading this post Joshua, or whatever your real name is, I have a challenge for you...... what dates were you here?

I'm planning my first trip to Cali and the only agency I've even made plans with is Norm's. He's been starightforward with me and I've even gotten referrals from other agencies to Norm's place.

I'm looking forward to staying there. He seems like a great guy to me, though a little slow returning e-mails, and I look forward to meeting him.

I have heard only good things about Norm's agency but I need to second what Tommi said about Norm being slow to return emails. I sent him an email Saturday or Sunday and haven't heard back yet.

Hello Guys,

I just returned home from Norm's Mis Gringuitos.
First it was one of the most memorable weeks of my life.
Norm and his people treated me like family.  The place was clean!  The food was great and they helped me with translations and everything else I needed. Took me places
and spent a great deal of time with me. There have been rumors of Norm and his wife fighting, Dirty Agency, Ect.
This simply is not true!! I have known Norm for some time now and Norm has always been a straight shooter! I met many very nice girls there.  One named Sandra has my heart. Norm
had some problems with colombianet. He checks his e-mail daily. I would highly recommend Norm's Agency.  I will be there again this fall when I go back to visit my Sandra.

well let me add my 2 cents in here.  I am by birth African-American, and will also be so in death.  I stayed at Norm's place in February and had a great time.  I had such a good time that I prepaid him last month, for a week next month, so that I could be sure I had a bed.

It was my first time in Cali and appreciated the care shown by Norm and his staff.  I liked staying in his house, as you are sure that any problems are fixed immediately.  the food was good, the translators were good, the service was good.

In his short time as an agency owner (since Jan or Feb) i believe  Norm has produced at least one marriage and one engagement per month.  And although it should not matter, this group included a 26 yr old African-American male from San Francisco, and a 30+ Asian American male from
Indiana.

Now i know i wont be getting married or engaged when i am their next month, but you may have someone from DC who is "committed and almost engaged" by the time i leave!!

Norm,

You know the saying "No good deed goes unpunished"? It's a shame, but you're probaly hurting someone who deserves it.
This so-called "Joshua", is trashing you & sitting on Margareth of L.E. lap. I know Larry of Dallas, has been successful there. It's just the "Joshua" post as the M.O. of someone who is pissed off, of what you're trying to do in Cali. Spitting on one agency, while selling another is a classic troll move.

During my last trip, me & Stivalis stopped by Norm's to say hola & check his place out. Norm's place was spotless & had a very relaxing ambiance to it. His wife was as lovely & charming as when I first met her. His daughter has a smile that would warm the coldest heart. I consider Norm a friend & a stand-up guy. He's gone through the B.S.
with the old-school agencies in Colombia. I feel confident in Norm knowing, that he would take care of you guys, while you were staying in Cali.

Let's just put it this way. Isn't Norm's one of the last Agencies still standing? If it was as bad as "Joshua" says it was, wouldn't guys NOT go back there?
"Joshua" is a Troll and an Idiot, because anyone who has been to Norm's Place, knows that what "Joshua" said is not the truth.

Norm, Sorry to here the Trolls have got you in their sights. I hated to say it, but as a guy that speaks up, you should know the trolls would start trouble sooner or later. That's what trolls do, and all trolls do, cause trouble.

You have always been striaght forward and honest. Just Stay Your Course....

The cali list is beyond wierd. Who would want any of those wierdos business anyway. You remember they(cali list trolls) came here before trying to start trouble with lies and BS and we shut them down. The fact that the troll isn't posting here shows he wouldn't stand the test of the vets here that refuse to put up with BS.

Just keep up the good work and try to not let trolls get to you. Thanks for all the help you have given to guys going south .

I've been in Cali that last two months and from what I can tell Mis Gringuitos although relatively new is the best agency in town.  Norm is a great guy and I have NEVER heard a single person utter even the slightest negative thing about him or his wife.  They are nice people.  Anyway, Norm and his agency get a big thumbs up from me.

Hey Norm, Let me throw my 2 cents into this thread. I have known you to be only an honest and respectable businessman and friend. You are the only agency owner I know to really care about his guests. Keep up the good work, it shows you are succeeding when fools attack you for only doing a good job.Anyone who believes the garbage that Joshua? wrote, doesn't know Norm. To any of you who are thinking of going to Cali, call Norm and talk to him and see what you think.
