Meeting Russian Women in the United States

Svetlana agency is having a party July 19 in Southern California where Russian Women (including a former Russian Playboy bunny) local to the area can meet American men.  The price of the party is $300.  I have talked to this agency in the past and get the attitude that they are a high scale agency which matches rich men with beautiful women.  The ladies look good, but the thought of meeting a high maintenance lady scares me.  The only reason I am thinking of going is that there are going to be some Brazilian women there also.

So why won't the Brazilian women who go to this particular party be just as high maintenance as the Russian women?

Brazilians are ruled by their hearts more than Russian women who tend to be more intellectual.  Thus, a Brazilian woman is more likely to make a choice of a man based on love.  Additionally, if a Brazilian woman is just after something ulterior such as a green card it will be harder for her to hide it because she will not be her natural affectionate self.  Whereas Russian women always have a poker face.

Much, much too generalized.  There are great variations across women (and men) in any particular nation and culture.  And when you use the word 'always,' your statements are bound to be wrong.

I think the "Russian Playboy Bunny" is being paid an appearance fee to be there and socialize.  And I think just about anyone can go to her website and make an online request to book her appearance...if they've got the $$.  But maybe some guys will go to this party thinking they have a chance with her anyway.

It's possible.  But, this agency seems to be well connected with Russian women living in St. Petersburg and the Los Angeles area.  Their office is in Newport Beach, California and they market themeselves as an upscale agency.

...they auctioned off a date with the "Russian Playboy Bunny" on the website and the winning bidder spent thousands of $$ for a one night dinner date on the town with the lucky Bunny.  So, yeah, of course they are marketing themselves as an "upscale agency."  How many "non-upscale" men could reasonably afford such expensive dates?

What do you think of that idea?

Pick a nice lady that I would know from Kiev, Moscow, St. Petersburg and Odessa. A beautiful woman who is sincere to find a good foreign husband, and auction off a date with these ladies?

Now walk thru this idea with me DudeMan, what would the bad, downside to this be?

The lady would know everything in advance in that a man who was very fond of her was going to bid on the opportunity to have a date with her. What would she get out of this? Well a nice evening on the town for sure, but with a guy who has great interest in her. And she knows this guy has great interest in her.

The bad side I suppose would be what if she did not have any interest in the man. So to counter that I would guess the guys bidding should be realistic also. If you consider yourself a 6, don't be bidding on, or expecting to get a 10, settle for an 8. But a guy who considers himself an 8, 9 or 10 it might be something to consider.

Yeah, I see what you are saying and I think there are already variations of that auction thing going on...in a sense.  So, to address your question using an analogy and auction terms, the lady already IS on the "auction block" when she is posted on the internet.  After she is posted, she receives "bids" in the form of letters and emails and phone calls from men who are interested.  In the end, the "highest bidder" wins...and hopefully everyone is happy.  In this case, the "highest bidder" would be the one whom the woman chooses as the one whom she believes has the highest value or whom has the most to offer...from her own perspective ("value" and "offer" used here as in what SHE values, i.e. stability or affection, or whatever combination of qualities she seeks).  But if she does not like the guy, then the "reserve" is not met and there is "no sale."  The "winning bidder" also has a chance to meet with the woman before the "final sale" to verify authenticity.  So, I guess in a way...it is like an auction.  I mean, of course, this is only an analogy.  What do you think?

Better yet, send me $500 and I will take you to a bar where you can meet many different women, of all backgrounds.

Or you can drive down to TJ and cruise the Zona Norte for exotic foreign women. Much cheaper!

I tend to agree with you after viewing the site. Those women listed as attending the party are obviously attractive. But, I wonder what income level they are looking at. Also, it seems more of the "social" than anything else.

Still, if you have the bucks, and live in CA, maybe you should take the shot.
