This is the phone number of Pension Stein: 661 49 27 I do not really like that, but you can try it. I know Aparta Hotel del Rio:660 27 13 is more o less 3 blocks from the Torre de Cali Hotel. Don Jaime Hotel is on 6 AV: 6672828.
