I got an inside scoop on an afro colombia festival in Bogota coming up soon including a Miss Afro Colombia contest.  when I get the dates I'll post.

In Bogota, it is considered an Afro Colombian festival when 4 negros stand together drinking aguardiente and listening to a radio.

-Just kidding....kind of.  It does sound interesting though.

yeah, that is why I posted it.  a afro festival in Bogota is probably as rare as a bald Indian.
