There's nothing stopping the girls in their agency from joining others as well though, so I wouldn't assume that their listings are exclusive. If looks are a super high priority with you, perhaps you should try them. I wouldn't worry too much about which agency you pick. Success in this is far more up to you than the agency. Guys seem to really stress over which agency to pick since most believe that the agencies are mostly rip-offs, but I think there's very few who are outright scamming people. More likely they simply have somewhat bad service or come on strong with a sales pitch. There are no guarantees of success and if you find one, don't believe it.
Always remember that you're dealing with people. No agency can guarantee that any individual woman will be interested in you. They also can't guarantee that the woman will even show up for an appointment to meet you since they do not "own" the ladies.
My experience has been that the youngest, most beautiful women are also the least likely to get married. More of them are into this whole thing simply out of curiousity and for the "adventure" of dating some foreign men.
