Need name of Physician or Clinic in Manila

It's been a long time since I last posted but I have been able to get time to read through other posts occasionally. My wife arrived here about 18 months ago and life has been wonderful and very busy. Presently my Mother-in-law is visiting with family in Manila and seems to be having difficulty finding a Physician to help her out. Her local Doc in the province sent her to see someone in Manila about a chronic cough and lung problem (she has been treated for TB in the past). Thus far they have been unable to successfully treat or perhaps even diagnose what the problem is. Does anyone out there have any personal knowledge of a Doc who's especially good with lung ailments? I would think Pulmonary disease would be a common specialty given the air quality around Manila.    Thanks,  Bill
