My wifes cousin (who she gave her computer to when she moved here) has been promoted in the Moscow police and is in charge of a large district in Moscow. I'm not sure how the system works but for those with ladies in Moscow (and  maybe other areas) he can get police reports without much problem, and can request them from other cities I would think. I just thought I would pass this on to any guys whos fiancee may be having a hard time getting a report (which is common). Of course we gotta make it something he would benifit from (bribe) but I'm sure he could make things happen for $50 bucks. Contact me if you have this problem and my wife can talk to him about it.

Dan you could have asked me more about it instead of jumping to the conclusion I'm trying to make a buck. I thought the way I wrote it that it seemed clear that this was a way to help those having to go through the bull@#!! that it takes to get a police report in Russia. Why don't you do some work, or something constructive instead of playing board police. For obviouse reasons I can't come out and give his name or how to contact him on the internet, and the $50 dollars sounds like a good price for us to throw at him. The only spam you can see may be in your sandwich.
