I have just received a visa application form for my planned trip to Kiev, Ukraine.
I am not too sure on how to answer No.7.For my personal No. do I enter my Nat.Ins.No.?
No.22 asks for a temporary address whilst in Ukraine, yet the accompanying notes state clearly not to make your arrangements until you have your visa?
No.23 in case of need who will give financial support? Nobody,i will not need it.
Please help,
Thank-you
David

I always put my SSN# - never had a problem.  Just say what number it is you are using.

List where you plan to stay in Ukraine - hotels or residences.  If applying for a tourist visa, I believe you still need an invitation letter which could take time if you have a trip planned in the near future.  Thus, the private visa is probably the better route, but give a street address.  If you think you're going to make more than one trip, then get a multiple-entry visa.  Then you don't have to through this hassle on each trip.

Your answer to financial question is fine - just say you will rely on personal funds.  That's what I always put.

If in the U.S., I would apply at the Embassy as opposed to a consulate.  The Embassy sticks to the "average processing times" or better.

If still in doubt, e-mail Dan.  He knows more than anyone and has provided extremely helpful and reliable advice.
