Does she have her profile on any of the dating sites like date.com, match.com or amigos.com? That's how I met my wife. If she does, she needs to make sure she has a couple of good photos. Most guys won't write to a woman without seeing what she looks like first.

I suggest that you refer her to Luz Amparo to place a profile in her agency. If she isn't into that kind of method, she could always place a private profile anyway in the agency, and ask Luz to screen for her. Posting her email on PL is ok, but maybe not the best method.
