Guys,
My novia asked me to give her some adult oriented toys ( yeah
those) for Christmas and bring them with me. I don't have a
problem with this request but . . .

Is it illegal to bring bedroom toys to Colombia in one's luggage?
As we all know those gaurds in Cali go through everything and I
don't want to be standing there while they hold these things up
and ask what they are?

Also, don't they have places in Cali where she can buy these
things herself?

Anyone been faced with this before? Any input would help.

If it's a dildo, just paint it dark green (you've just made your first cucumber, get it?), then include it among some other plastic vegetables/fruits in a gift-wrapped package.  

You'll show those darn customs' officials!!

Or, instead, just paint a little happy face on it with one eye winking, top it off with a mini toupee, and tie a name tag around its 'neck' that says, "Oscar, My Lucky Airplane Buddy."  Then stuff it in your shirt pocket before you board the plane.

Yes, there are places to buy them in Cali; yes, I've taken some over because of better selections; no, I never had any problem taking them over, just ensure the batteries are out. -TNC

Adult toys are perfectly legal.  The morality police in the US have indoctrinated us with their prejudice that these are somehow evil.

Think of two groups of items

Group A, drugs, weapons, $10,000 cash

Group B--shampoo, electric razon, lingerie

Do you have any trouble deciding which group sex toys belong in?  They may be stolen out of your luggage cause that happens frequently.

I brought a real nice one for my novia a couple of months ago. The customs
guys in BQ didn't go through my stuff, since the button went green when I
punched it.  But if they did, I was going to point it out before they got it out
of the bag and let them know it was something personal. Since I only use
carry-on bags leaving the US, I did have a TSC x-ray guy summon a female
TSC person to look at the screen and they both giggled.

My son was waiting to get on the plane about a year ago, a gal had one in her bag. Security got it out and fired it up for a test run in front of everyone. I guess everybody laughed and the gal turned red as a beet.

Not only can you buy them here but the offer domicilio,home delivery.I have not checked it out but am told you can buy about anything you can in the US.The price is probably higher.It is on everything they don't produce here.
And here a motel is a hotel for sex.They have jacuzzis,sell drinks,have a special swing type device you put the girl in to have sex from some new angles I guess.Probably sell of rent other devices.Its a hot deal here becauseso many single people live with family there isno privacy.So they go to motels for sex,where they have gotten in to specializing for your please.And of course if you don't have a partner you can rent one of those also.But don't pick her up on the street.She might be a he.

Where they are cheaper than Colombia.

Thanks for the input guys! Since they seem to be no
problem I will get a few of those GLASS types that are
so popular but impossible to find in SA.

I told her to read this forum...she did and has asked if it
was possible to bring a few more for her freinds.

Of course we must oblige these wonderful women . . .
