I recommend the Intercontinental Hotel. It has a nice pool and it's an easy taxi ride to any of the agencies in the north of Cali. I'll be staying there in December and I'm paying 176,000 pesos a night including taxes and breakfast. Thats about $62 a night and it is a pretty nice place.
