Title: Anyone interested in sharing a Cali apartment Post by: elcolombiano on October 14, 2003, 04:00:00 AM I will be in Cali the week before durring and after thanksgving and from Dec 19 - Jan 6.
I want to rent a furnished apartment in a Strata 5 neighborhood. Anyone intrested in using the apartment when I am not there that wants to share the costs? Don't take those cheap shots from Aaron!! I would be interested in sharing an apartment in Cali but I only spend 6 - 7 weeks a year in cali and not all at the same time. See my post above.I will rent rooms whren I am there and the whole place when I'm traveling.But I want total control over it.But man,$800 a month for a penthouse?Even if the fees/utilities were $400 thats only $40 a night.hope to have it set up between Dec.15 and 1/31 depending on how some things play out here.
