Didn't a board member's sister in law or mother in law have a Cali floral shop? If I recall correctly, the reviews were good and you could pay by check or credit card to an address in Florida. I've used this place for Bogota but they serve all of Colombia. Or you can also get a hold of Edge on the board. I usually just email him and tell him what I need, then just pop a check in the mail. I always use him and get raves about the flowers.
