Title: I-134 Post by: Starman on September 08, 2003, 04:00:00 AM I have a couple of questions concerning the I-134 affidavit of support.
On item 10, it asks if you have submitted a petition for a visa for someone. Does this mean now (my novia) or in the past? Secondly, on item 11, it asks if the person will be here temporarily. Does this apply for a K1 visa? If so, what information do they typically require? Thanks, Tim. |
