I see lots of advice here. My guess is there's no "cheap" way, unless you find some outstanding specials via MIA to both destinations. Otherwise, wouldn't BOG or PTY be the most likely transfer hub? I'd be curious to know what you end up with and at what price, but it sounds like itineraries like this are best served up with some kind of latin air pass (or having a pilot for a friend that will sell his flight coupons). Cancunhound, Nope, no cheap way. The flight from SP is long enough, so I didnt want to fly back through Miami, didnt mind BOG. But is expensive, I was actually quoted less money from American on a ticket with multiple destinations.
