Title: Can fiance enter USA on pending K1 Petition

Is there any legal way my fiance can fisit me in the state while our K1 petition is pending?

As far as I know officially no. Becuase that would be considered as a dual intent. To get a tourist visa (B1/2) she must prove that she intends to leave US whereas pending K1 attests otherwise. But I am sure some ppl have done that. Anyway if she is a Colombian, she would have to wait for a visa inteview (in case of tourist visa) much longer than the whole K1 process.

If she already has a valid tourist visa then I think she can visit even with the other pending application as long as she goes back.

Yes. I guess she could. I have hear of people visiting while their K1 visa was pending and didn't have any problems. But, I have also heard that a few have been sent back to their country right on the spot when the immigration official noticed they were also applying for a K1 visa. I guess it depends on how lucky she can get.
