First, allow me to assure you, I am not thinking of converting! ;) But, I have a friend who needs info on tourist visas for costa rica. Does he need to obtain a visa before hand? Or do they issue upon arrival? Also, my friend is a convicted felon. No, he is not a hardened dangerous criminal. He got popped for a DUI, and then got a possesion of firearms charge while on probation for the DUI. What exactly is he going to run into here? Can anyone enlighten me? Thanx in advance. Larry. |
